1. How does the delivery process work?

  • Once your order is placed, it is processed by our system and passed on to the respective seller/merchant.
  • The seller then inspects, packs, and hands over the products to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Our delivery partners bring the package to your doorstep at the earliest possible time.
  • If they are unable to reach your address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs charges, or taxes levied by their local government.
  • These duties must be paid directly to the courier service in order to receive the package.

2. How are items packaged?

  • All products are packed directly by our sellers/merchants in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
  • Each item is carefully packed with bubble wrap or protective layers to ensure safe delivery.
  • Fragile items (like grooming devices, glass bottles, or accessories) are given extra protective wrapping.
  • Our trusted sellers ensure that your products are shipped in safe and secure condition.

3. Where does VRO deliver?

  • VRO currently ships across India.
  • We are also working on expanding our international shipping network beyond India. Updates will be shared on our website as more countries are added.

4. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been dispatched by the seller, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.
  • Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • You can check the real-time status of your order on the courier partner’s website.

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • Products are shipped directly by our trusted sellers, and in some cases, dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability and seller location.
  • For international orders, delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, and public holidays.
  • During Mega Sale events, dispatches may take up to 6-7 business days due to high volumes.

7. Are there shipping charges?

Within India:

  • Orders below ₹499 – Flat shipping charge of ₹50.
  • Orders above ₹499 – Free Shipping.

8. Does VRO ship outside India?

  • Currently, VRO primarily ships across India.
  • We are actively working to expand to more countries soon — stay tuned!
